Event Information
About this event
'Creativity is the way I share my soul with the world' Brené Brown
A playful opportunity to explore your creativity in an intimate group setting. Using rhythm, sound, poetry, tuned percussion instruments and the written word we will explore the natural creativity that flows when we open the door and welcome it forth. The creative spirit flourishes when criticism and fear are silent and when we feel inspired and encouraged by others on the same quest.
This is not a an event for workshopping specific work, it is an invitation to slow down, listen and tune in deeply to yourself. A chance to uncover themes, feelings and images residing inside you and give them some food and water.
