Do you want to improve your Poomsae or prepare for Gradings or get Competition ready?
Open to all grades above 5th Kup. Instructors welcome.
Training delivered by Poomsae Grading Director - Master Robbie Kenny.
Topics covered -
- Basics of Kicks, Blocks and Strikes.
- Application of Kicks, Blocks and Strikes.
- Poomsae movement and power generation.
- Application of Poomsae.
- Self Defense.
- Pad Work.
Cost €10 per session (plus booking fee).
Places are limited, all places must be pre-booked using Eventbrite.
