As a follow-up to our hugely successful 2023 Probate Applications Masterclass series, Erin International is pleased to now host another unique series of masterclasses to assist Irish probate practitioners with their intestate applications to the Probate & Seat Offices.
Hosted by Padraic Grennan MBA TEP, CEO of Erin International, and presented by Caroline McCall TEP, Probate Consultant at Erin International, this three-hour masterclass will cover all types of intestate applications encountered by Irish solicitors.
With over 20 years' experience in the High Court Probate Office, Caroline is extremely knowledgeable in all areas related to Seat Office applications and knows what is required to ensure a successful one.
Join us for this unique, in-person event, where you will be walked through two mock applications, which will highlight the common errors being made by practitioners. This approach will contextualise the probate process and heighten your awareness of the mistakes to be wary of.
To ensure that attendees can attain the most value from this event, this will be followed by a Q&A session (or after the class if you prefer), where you will have the opportunity to discuss your problematic cases with Caroline directly e.g. setting out legal entitlement for Will Annexed and Intestacy cases, De Bonis-Non applications, foreign applications and pre-1967 submissions, in a secure and confidential environment.
