*Terms and Conditions for Donegal Town Summer Festival Tickets*

1. *Ticket Purchase and Use:*

1.1. By purchasing a ticket for the Donegal Town Summer Festival, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or redistributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the organisers.

1.3. The festival organiser’s reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual without providing a reason.

2. *Age Restrictions:*

2.1. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

2.2. Identification (ID) will be required for all attendees under the age of 18 and under 16. Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of entry.

2.3. The organiser’s reserve the right to request proof of age at any time during the event.

3. *Ticket Authenticity:*

3.1. Tickets must be purchased from authorised vendors only. The festival organisers will not be responsible for any tickets purchased from unauthorised sources.

3.2. Counterfeit or tampered tickets will be deemed invalid, and entry will be denied. The festival organiser’s reserve the right to take legal action against individuals found to be in possession of counterfeit tickets.

3.3. Screenshots or any form of reproduction of tickets are strictly prohibited. Entry will be denied for individuals attempting to use reproduced tickets.

4. *Event Admission:*

4.1. Admission to the festival venue is subject to capacity limitations and is not guaranteed, especially in the case of reaching full capacity.

4.2. Re-entry to the festival venue may be restricted, and attendees must retain their ticket and any relevant wristbands for the duration of the event.

5. *Prohibited Items and Activities:*

5.1. The following items and activities are strictly prohibited within the festival venue:

- Illegal substances or drugs

- Weapons or items that could be considered dangerous

- Glass containers

- Unauthorised solicitation or commercial activities

- Any behaviour that may endanger the safety or well-being of others

5.2. The festival organiser’s reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items and remove individuals engaging in prohibited activities from the venue without refund.

6. *Cancellation and Refund Policy:*

6.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the event of cancellation by the festival organisers.

6.2. The festival organiser’s reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the event at their discretion. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to ticket holders, excluding any booking or processing fees.

6.3. Refunds will not be provided for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.

6.4. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the lineup, performances, weather conditions, or any other aspect of the event deemed beyond the organiser’s control.

7. *Photography and Recording:*

7.1. Photography and recording (audio or video) of performances or any other aspect of the festival may be restricted or prohibited without prior authorization from the festival organisers.

7.2. The festival organiser’s reserve the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken at the event for promotional or commercial purposes.

8. *Liability Waiver:*

8.1. Attendees enter the festival venue at their own risk. The festival organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience sustained by attendees while at the event.

8.2. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and personal property while at the festival venue.

9. *Changes to Terms and Conditions:*

9.1. The festival organiser’s reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Attendees are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically for updates or changes.
