Gulp! is a two-man live show looking at the science and culture of food presented by award-winning science broadcaster Jonathan McCrea (RTE/Newstalk) and Dalkey Food Company geek chef Ivan Varian.
They will be showcasing some of the most unusual food on the planet as they serve a 6-course meal live on stage.  Explore the countless factors that affect how we enjoy our food - from how our eyes and nose deceive us to how our genetics divide us into tasters and supertasters.  Try exotic alternatives to traditional meat as we look at the future of food and sample our insanely hot ice-cream if you dare!
