Ecstatic Dance Session & Tea social
24th May from 6.30 pm to 8.30pm
Investment: €22

What to expect?
A free-form dance/movement practice for freedom of expression, creating a mind/body/spirit connection guided by a curated playlist.

Ecstatic Dance:
Ecstatic Dance is freestyle dancing to a sound wave featuring Live DJ set. Some guidance & facilitation will be provided. And then we will let the music, the community and our own inner space direct our steps, our movements, our expression, our journey.

You are invited to move, play, connect, sweat, stretch, sound, unwind, renew, release, improvise, and transform.

Our Ecstatic Dance classes create a safe and respectful environment that embraces 'all ways'. We offer a movement practice that supports your free expression of emotions and inner space through movement and music.

Our intention for these Ecstatic Dance classes is self-exploration, connection, fun, healing, expanding human potential and community building through freestyle ecstatic dance.

Closing Circle and Tea Social
Tea Time to Chat and Connect with Fellow Dancers

What to bring:
A water bottle, comfy clothes that give you full range of motion. Prepare to sweat.

Organized by

This is a community open to anyone interested in movement and dance and who wants to explore spontaneity and joy of free-form dance and be part of a community of like minded people

Personal development through embodied dance and movement.

No choreography or steps to follow. We allow our body to move the way it needs or wants to move, sometimes with facilitation and guidance and other times free flow, just music as the guidance.

No experience or ability is required, just a desire to be present and honor your own rythm and flow.
