Elevate Fit Fest returns to Shanbally House & Gardens, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September 2026.

Back by popular demand, Munsters first and biggest health, wellness & lifestyle festival, Elevate, is the one festival you need to have in the diary this summer.

A chance to take time out, reset & to reinvest in you in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature, what more could you ask for?

Over the weekend we have a jam packed schedule to cater for everyone, from beginners to fitness finatics, we've got you covered.

Our Move tent will bring you higher intensity classes such as dance, fight flow & self defence. Slow down and reset in our Mindfulness Tent or our Flow tent where we have everything from yoga, pilates & breathwork to soundbaths & biotuning.

Or come and sit for a while at our Talk Tent where our experts will cover various topics from fitness, mental resilience, sports performance, nutrition, relationships and so much more.

Our food trucks & vendors will be serving delicious food & coffee across the weekend to keep you fuelled & you might even pick up some tips at our cooking demos.
