This workshop is designed especially for women who want to:

🌱 What You Will Do
- Understand your emotional patterns – how past experiences shape your reactions and relationships
- Release tension in body and mind using gentle, safe breathwork and body-based techniques
- Experience deep relaxation supported by soothing sounds and vibrations
- Express yourself through movement and creative arts – discover new ways to align with yourself
- Connect with other women in a safe space, sharing reflections and supporting one another
Each participant will leave with practical tools to integrate insights into daily life: manage emotions better, restore energy, and cultivate balance.

Magda – With deep curiosity and passion, I have spent my life exploring the human mind and the extraordinary states of consciousness that reveal its hidden depths. I am an accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist with over fifteen years of experience holding space for transformation, and I also work as a psychedelic practitioner, guiding profound inner journeys. Beyond titles, I am simply a seeker—listening, wondering, and drawing inspiration from nature, music, dance, and travel. This workshop is not about fixing, but about remembering who you truly are. I invite you to walk this path with openness, curiosity, and trust.
