“EmpowerHer: Breaking Barriers, Celebrating Diversity” is a dynamic and transformative initiative event organized by CAD AID FOUNDATION in collaboration with AFRICA SOLIDARITY CENTRE IRELAND to commemorate the International Decade for People of African Descent. It aims to empower women of African descent, celebrate their achievements, and address the barriers they face. This event serves as a platform for advocacy, education, and dialogue, promoting inclusivity and diversity. Our goal is to empower women and girls who are disproportionately affected by gender-based violence and discrimination, focusing on women and girls, highlighting their strength, resilience and ability to overcome the obstacles. We are committed to breaking down the societal barriers that prevent women and girls from reaching their full potential.
