This face-to-face Project Development Lab in Dublin is for experienced organisations who have an interest in applying for their Erasmus+ youth accreditation or European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Quality Label.

The Project Development Lab will help you to identify organisational needs and build your strategic plan for your volunteering or youth projects. The Lab is a space where you can brainstorm and workshop your ideas directly with the Léargas team and other Erasmus+ and ESC applicants.

Who should attend this workshop?

Individuals working within Community, Voluntary, Civil Society and Youth sectors who wish to apply, or have already started, an application under the following Erasmus+ and ESC fields:

What will we cover during the day?

The day will be packed with group discussions and hands-on activities that enable you to build the key components of your project. You can expect to:

  • Share and discuss your organisation's aims and ideas with other attendees.
  • Draw connections and gain inspiration from sample projects represented.
  • Begin to develop your objectives and activity plan.
  • Link your project to EU strategies.
  • Gain an understanding of the accredited life cycle and application process.
