About this event

  • 2 hours

It is so important that we provide ourselves with the resources we need to cope with life. As members of the ethnic minority community in Ireland, we believe a support group is a vital space to promote our wellbeing.

We will meet weekly for twelve weeks.

The group will be open, which means you do not need to commit to all twelve sessions.

Spaces are limited.

Please register your interest and we will get in touch with more details.

Your well being is paramount to us. Being a person from an Ethnic Minority background or from the Global majority, living in Ireland may be challenging. Let's hear from you.

Date : Friday 17th May 2024

Time : 7pm - 9pm

Cost : €10
