Bikes will be provided, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a sense of adventure!
At the start of the event, riders will receive a safety briefing on how to properly use the mountain bikes and securely fit a helmet. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamental skills necessary to safely navigate designated mountain bike trails. You'll learn about bike handling, body positioning, and essential techniques to tackle different terrains.

P lease note bikes will be provided. There is a minimum height requirement of 5ft.
A wavier will be e-mailed to you before the event. Please make sure to have a copy with you.
