Excel: Working with Data

To attend this course, users should have a basic knowledge of Excel and be using it on a weekly basis. The user should be comfortable with the content of the Excel Fundamentals course.

The training will cover the following:

1. Review of basic formulae

2. Working with long lists of data (filters and groups)

3. Using the subtotal formula

4. Using SUMIF and COUNTIF formulae

5. Conditional formatting

6. Time saver shortcuts

Booking Criteria:

• This event is prioritised for managers and supervisors who are working in ELC and SAC services in the Dublin City Childcare Committee catchment area.

• If this criteria does not apply to you your booking may be cancelled.
• Maximum booking of 2 people per service.
• Booking is on a first come first served basis.
• Places are limited to 12.
