Join us for an enchanting day at Fairy School at Birr Castle Demesne! Get ready to embark on a magical journey filled with wonder and excitement. This children's workshop will take place on Sat June 15th at 10:00 AM
Hosted by the head pixie of Fairyland, Robyn Goodfellow and his Best Fairy Friends - Fairy School is the place to be for all believers and budding fairies in training!
This enchanting event will take your little one on an interactive adventure as they learn all about what it takes to be a fairy with lessons in friendship, kindness, good deeds, bravery and love.
There'll be magic spells, fairy training, dance, theatre, mindfullness, fairy yoga and belly laughs galore with fairy fun and games thrown in for good measure.
The Fairy School adventure begins when the very special Fairy School Invitation arrives by post with an official request to join the fairies and a sparkling fairy friendship necklace welcoming your little one to the Fairy Friendship Club!
On the day of Fairy School, your little one will be welcomed by the fairies for 2.5 hours of non stop fun.
Each child will be granted their very own set of Fairy Wings, Fairy Crown and Magic Wand upon completion of each fairy lesson ( These are for keeps )
There's no need to bring a packed lunch as the fairies have prepare a special fairy feast including fairy cakes, sweet treats and refreshments! ( special diets can be catered for upon request)
The Award-Winning Gardens of Birr Castle Demesne in Ireland are both rich in amazing feats of science and engineering, as well as rare trees and flowers, wonderful wildlife, walks along peaceful rivers and the lake.
There is a pick up and drop off point for adults and no ticket is required - however for any adults who wish to enter Birr Castle Demesne, a ticket must be purchased at entry.

Fairy School is best suited for children aged 4 years or older. It will depend on each individual child but we do recommend that your child is already attending pre school and used to a class environment without their caregivers
No. This is a drop off and pick up workshop. Weather permitting we will invite grown ups to attend for the final 30 minutes to watch the 'Fairy Graduation' - this will be determined on the day of the event.
Yes! There are no two days the same at Fairy School and many children attend time and time again. However this time we will have some brand new lessons as well the trademark favourite parts of Fairy School making this ideal for graduated fairies and budding new fairy recruits
