Family Hiking and picnic - Guided walk -Glendalough

Hiking in nature is not only good for our bodies, it’s good for our moods, our minds, and our relationships too :)

We are delighted to invite our ADHD community for a Family Hiking experience followed by get togethr picnic (please, bring snacks and sandwiches for the picnic and planty of drink to stay hydrated though out the day)

Get to know this 9.5-km loop trail near Glendalough, County Wicklow. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 3 h 12 min to complete. We will be doing the spin trail going anti-clockwise around the lake in case of anyone needing to return early.

We would recomend the hike for little explorers 6+, however if you believe youryounger child is keen on walking we trust your judgment. Children must be accommodated by parents at all times.
