Join us for Feelgood Live on Sunday, September 27, at Marina Market, Cork, from 10am for a morning designed to inspire and energise you.
Enjoy expert-led sessions focused on health, nutrition, wellbeing, beauty and fitness. There’ll also be refreshments and spot prizes throughout the morning, and every attendee will leave with a Feelgood Live goodie bag.
Our hosts, Feelgood editor Irene Feighan and Life/Style editor Esther McCarthy, will welcome attendees before Lesley Giltinan gets the morning moving with a low-impact workout.
The first conversation will focus on women’s health and wellbeing, with dietitian and broadcaster Aoife Hearne and GP and menopause specialist Dr Fionnuala McSweeney sharing their expert insights. Later, Sabrina Hill of Kopper Hair Salon and Professor Nicola Ralph, consultant dermatologist, will join us for a session dedicated to beauty, skincare and hair.In partnership with Precision Biotics, Ireland's Blue Book and Nourish.
