Finding Myself Again is a guided support group for women navigating family life, relationships and life transitions.A calm, confidential and well-held space to pause, talk and reconnect with yourself — without pressure to have it all figured out.This group is for women who have been holding a lot, caring for others, adapting to change, and who feel the need for space, reflection and shared experience. The group is ongoing, and you can join at any time,.What to expect: • Guided group conversation • Reflection and sharing(always optional) • A respectful and confidential environmentDetails: • Duration: 90 minutes • Frequency: Meets twice a monthThe sessions will run with a minimum of pre paid 5 participants.Participants will be informed in advance of the exact location.
