Foraging Walk - Wild Preserves
In this workshop, you will learn about identifying and foraging wild plants that grow in abundance in Co. Wicklow.
About this event
In this workshop, you will learn from professional forager Clothilde Walenne about identifying and foraging wild plants that grow in abundance in our countryside and how to use them in your kitchen.
Spring is a beautiful and bountiful season to forage in Ireland and prepare your own foraged pantry! There will be a walk in Ballymoyle forest near Redcross, followed by lunch and a presentation of some wild preserves at the Latin Quarter.
We will meet at 1pm in the car park of Ballymoyle Forest, Kilpatrick, Co Wicklow (5 minutes from Redcross village)
Lunch at 3 pm at the Latin Quarter.
