About this event
Forest Bathing is originally a Japanese concept - the practice is a process of relaxation; known in Japan as shinrin yoku. The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help both adults and children de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.
Forest Bathing translates wonderfully to tranquil West Cork where some Network Ireland West Cork members - Avril Allshire, Michelle Ryan & Anna Healy - are certified Forest Bathing facilitators.
This beautiful, gentle experience in nature is the perfect intimate outdoor networking event to ease us back into physical engagements. In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines numbers are strictly limited to 12 people per session, and social distance rules will be fully observed. The event will run in two locations, Courtmacsherry and Rosscarbery.
