About this event

The Campbell Law Innovation Institute is hosting a free technology CLE from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16, at Campbell Law School entitled, "Responding to Innovations in the Law: Legal Technology Solutions for a Modern Legal Practice." Lunch provided.

This CLE is intended for North Carolina attorneys seeking technology CLE credits with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of legal technology and legal information standards. This course will also teach attendees about the importance of interoperability within legal technology systems and review the critical role change management plays in technology adoption and implementation.

Speakers

  • Kevin Lee, Director of the Campbell Law Innovation Institute, and Professor of Law at Campbell University School of Law. Lee holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a Ph. D. from University of Chicago.
  • Jeff Cox, Director of Content & Data Acquisition at UniCourt Inc., Advisory Board Chair of the Campbell Law Innovation Institute, and Board Member of Bay Area Legal Services. Cox holds a J.D. from Campbell Law School.
  • Camille Stell, President of Lawyers Mutual Consulting & Services, who serves on the N.C. State Bar Regulatory Study Committee, the Duke Law Tech Lab Advisory Board, and the N.C. Pro Bono Resource Center Advisory Group. Stell is a graduate of Meredith College and the Meredith College Paralegal Program.

The best place to park is the Municipal Building Deck across the street from Campbell Law at 201 W Morgan St, Raleigh, NC 27601.
