About this event
A combination of Kundalini and Ashtanga with other styles mixed in to create an approach for a truly immersive yoga practise.
This class is designed by taking the best from different styles of Yoga to improve your Strength, Fitness, Mental Health, Spiritual Goals and General Wellbeing.
All abilities welcome, and over the 6 weeks I will guide you through physical postures and breathing techniques, addressing all levels of the physical, emotional, and spiritual.
This class has been created to give you an experience that will give you a love for yoga.
