A significant challenge to the development of community renewable energy projects is often local grid capacity. A comprehensive understanding of local grid capacity can arm community groups with knowledge from an early stage.
The Community Enabling Framework provides end-to-end support to create a community energy sector in Ireland and deliver meaningful impact to communities nationwide. A range of supports are available including:
