These blended group tours take place on multiple dates and we plan to offer them on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for the summer months of 2024.

We will gather at The Browne Doorway to embark on a memorable journey. Our event begins with a leisurely group walk through the charming streets of Galway. Led by experienced guides, we will discover the iconic landmarks that make this city so special. From historic sites to lively markets, this walk offers a unique opportunity to immerse you in Galway's vibrant culture.

After the walk, get ready to set sail on a 90-minute sightseeing cruise along Galway's breath-taking River Corrib. The Corrib Princess boat departs from Waterside, Woodquay. The knowledgeable crew will share fascinating stories and local insights with live commentary along the way. Marvel at the stunning views and the picturesque landscapes. Highlights on the way include the Galway University campus, Terryland Castle, Menlo Castle, Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Golf Course, Lake Corrib- Ireland's largest lake, the Connemara Mountains and various Wildlife sanctuaries along the way.

Is location Wheel-chair accessible ?

The city Walk segment of the tour is indeed Wheel-chair accessible but for the Cruise-boat segment, the steps access to the boat is not Wheel-chair friendly !

What food options will be available on-board the Corrib Princess river cruiser ?

Passengers can avail of a lunch menu and various beverages which can be purchased separately. Also the finest Irish Coffee can be purchased for a nominal fee. You may even witness a live demonstration of how Irish Coffee is made !
