About this event
This workshop will build on last weeks co-production workshop. We will recap our understanding of co-production and then look at what getting involved means for you and at the benefits of getting involved. Wellbeing needs connection, hope, a positive identity, meaning and empowerement. Getting involved can help us to get all of those needs met and can help improve our wellbeing. We will explore a variety of ways that we can become involved in our lives, our family and our communities. You will have the opportunity to hear perspectives you may not have heard before and to have your voice heard. This workshop will support us in developing our potential in a holistic way coveing a number of ways to be involved, empowered and connected.
Who can attend?
Open to anyone with an interest in Mental Health and Wellbeing (age 18+)
Workshop registration.
A nominal registration charge of 5 euros allows access to all REGARI workshops for the spring summer semester. If you missed registration day, you can register on the day of the workshop.
