Whether you're seeking a moment of tranquility or simply want to revitalize your soul, this Gong Soundbath Meditation is just what you need. 💆‍♀️💚 Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to find your inner bliss.

Mindfulness Meditation using the power of Gong, Monochord, Bowls, Chimes, Drum and more to still the mind, relax the body and access inner peace.

Sound healing instruments have an almost magical ability to quieten the mind, relax the body and connect you to Spirit.

This means that you can access more reviving, rejuvenating and serene states of mind simply by listening to certain musical instruments, especially powerful Gong, which promote:

More mental, emotional and physical balance.

Reduced stress and anxiety.

Improved concentration and memory.

Improved sleep.

Enhanced immunity.

Greater creativity.

Heightened spirituality.

Every Tuesday evening 6.30-8pm

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

If it's your first time, please arrive 10 mins early to complete a once-off registration form. Bring a willing heart and wear comfy clothing. I recommend bringing an extra blanket or layers as it can get cool when lying still for the time. I do provide a mat, blanket and cushion.
