Description

This face-to-face summer course provides ideas and resources for teaching citizenship issues across the curriculum. From climate change, to children’s rights, to inclusion, this course models fun, participative and empowering methodologies, for exploring global themes, which can be adapted to suit different class levels. The course supports teachers’ self-evaluation in this area and looks to enhance whole school strategies and policies on intercultural dialogue, children's rights and environmental protection and to develop the skills necessary to promote an inclusive schools ethos.

Open to all qualified primary school teachers
