Grief Circle

For the tender heart

Grief asks to be felt, witnessed and held — not carried alone.

This intimate Grief Circle offers a gentle and supportive space to come together in community and make room for whatever grief is present.

Through embodied practices, reflection and shared presence, we will slow down, reconnect with our bodies, hold space for one another, honour what and who we have loved, and gently create space for release.

Grief can take many forms. It may come through the death of someone we love, the ending of a relationship, changes in family or identity, life transitions, unmet dreams, or the wider losses we carry for our communities and our world.

All grief is welcome here.

There is no expectation to share more than feels right. You are invited to participate in a way that honours your own boundaries and tender heart.
