A beginner-friendly guided grounding meditation to help you slow down, feel calmer, and return to the present moment.

This class is an invitation to pause.

To step out of the noise, the rushing, and the constant doing — and come back to yourself.

Grounding Meditation is a gentle guided meditation class created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with the present moment.

In this session, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation practice designed to support calm, clarity, and inner harmony. This is a supportive space for beginners as well as anyone who simply needs a moment to breathe and feel more centered.


This class is for you if:

  • you feel overwhelmed or mentally busy
  • you want to slow down and feel more steady
  • you’re new to meditation
  • you’d like a guided space to reconnect with yourself


This class offers you:

  • a gentle introduction to meditation
  • guided grounding meditation for beginners
  • space to slow down and be with yourself
  • a grounding meditation practice you can return to at home


No experience needed.


You will leave feeling:

more present, grounded, calm, relaxed and connected to yourself 🫶.
