What is Mentor Coaching?Coaching can be defined as a “partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potentials.” - ICF. As an accredited coach it is important to exemplify a set of core competencies which demonstrate your understanding of the skills and approaches used in your practice. The ICF set out eight Core Competencies that align with four main pillars: setting the foundation; co-creating the relationship; communicating effectively; and cultivating learning and growth.Mentor Coaching is one of the many educational channels that ICF-credentialed coaches can use to further develop their coaching skills. Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.PurposeMentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.H﻿ow many will be in the Group Mentoring Session?W﻿e have a maximum capacity of 10 people in each group mentoring sessionFurther Information on Mentor CoachingYou can learn more about Mentor Coaching and the requirements set out for each level of ICF credentialing here- https://coachingfederation.org/credentials-and-standards/mentor-coaching**Please note we do not provide invoices for this events&#x27; fee.
