Introduction to Japanese Cuisine:
Hands-On Experience: You will receive step-by-step guidance to learn the art of making gyoza from scratch, including dough preparation, filling creation, and folding techniques.
This is a BYOB event! We have some excellent wine recommendations to pair with your meal!
Enjoyment and Sharing: You will culminate the class by enjoying your homemade gyoza, fostering a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie.
Take-Home Recipe Cards: You will receive recipe cards to replicate the dishes at home and continue exploring your newfound culinary skills.
The course includes:
