While anxiety and depression have been around for a long time. With mental health issues affecting 1 in 4 people, these unprecedented times with the Covid-19 Pandemic have really shown us the importance of looking after our health and wellbeing. Particularly, our mental health.

Majority have relied on medications for a long period of time to manage their mental health conditions. However, we are realising that something more is required.

Something more is required to live happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives. To be able to meet life's challenges without crumbling. To build resilience in the face of adversities such as the one we have been experiencing over the last 18 - 24 months.

This something more involves a holistic approach to our health and wellbeing. Our mental health is not separate from any other areas of wellbeing which also include our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
