A one day charity wellness event for bringing together local holistic health experts on all topics of nutrition & wellness. All welcome!
Join us for Health Matters, an inspiring day dedicated to learning how to support your health through a holistic, practical, and empowering approach. This is a charity event to raise funds for mental health charities very close to our hearts.
This is a public event open to anyone interested in health and wellbeing, including people who want to:
• Learn more about nutrition and holistic health
• Improve gut health, hormones, and energy
• Explore natural health solutions
• Discover wellness therapies and practitioners
Whether you’re looking to improve your health with natural solutions, understand your body better, or explore new wellness therapies, this event offers expert talks, interactive sessions, and a vibrant wellness exhibition. Health Matters promises to be an inspiring day of education, connection, and practical tools to support your wellbeing.
You can come for the whole day or simply drop in for the talks that interest you.
Doors will open at 9.30 to allow time to mingle around the exhibitors & enjoy a cuppa & connect with like-minded people. The day will begin and end with a short grounding practice led by Gillian O Gorman – The Burnout Coach, helping us to grouond & calm the nervous system, setting us up to fully absorb the day.
Throughout the day, leading practitioners and experts will share practical insights on important health topics, with time between talks to explore our wellness exhibitors, enjoy a cuppa, and connect with others.
