Welcome to the first in our series of Healthy Mind and Body Saturdays (HMB Saturdays)!

Join us for a day dedicated to nurturing your mental and physical well-being. This in-person event will take place at the new Peaceful Warrior Yoga Studio, 9 Slaughtaverty Lane, Garvagh. Get ready for a variety of 'My Story' talks from our four practitioners who will give you an insight into their personal health & wellbeing journey and talk about how that led them to bring their own wellbeing practice to the wider world, by offering the service that they now share with their clients.

We will have breaks for herbal tea and refreshments and time to sample the treats on offer from Conor's Kitchen. Lunch will be a vegetarian speciality, again homemade in Conor's Kitchen followed by one of his legendary desserts.

In the afternoon participants will have a choice of workshops to attend so that they can learn more from the speaker or speakers that resonates most with them on their own personal health and wellbeing journey. Some workshops will involve yoga and physical movement so wear your easy leisure clothes. Remember you choose the workshops that you want to do so there is no 'forced fun' here.

This is your chance to learn more about the options that are available and to choose the mix and balance that is right for you. Topics covered will include healthy eating & nutrition, protecting and enhancing our gut health, small but powerful life style changing habits and wellbeing practices through to how to minimise the disruption of perimenopause and menopause, strength training, coaching options, yoga options, mindfulness, meditation and much much more.

Lisa, Becky, Sharon, Conor and I can't wait to welcome you, to share our stories and to help in any way we can to ensure that you thrive in the next chapter of your own story.
