Hedgerow Fermentation Starter Workshop

Seán Corcoran Series

Hosted by Shannon Haubrich and Only Natural Drogheda

Only Natural Health Food

Join us for an evening workshop and discussion on foraging and fermenting our autumn hedgerows into wild-crafted beverages. Participants will create a starter culture with wild fruits to use for future fermented creations such as wild soda, beer, or mead. Take home your starter culture and recipes to assist you as you begin your journey of creating simple, wild-fermented beverages at home.
