Following a hugely successful revision course last year, Seán from Leeside Maths is back again to deliver an intensive, high-impact revision course to help students prepare for the upcoming Junior Cycle Mathematics exam.

A bit about me

I have been teaching Mathematics full-time since qualifying from college. Maths is the only subject I teach, meaning I spend my days teaching it across multiple year groups. In addition, I work as an examiner for the State Examinations Commission, which gives me valuable insight into how exams are marked and what examiners look for in students’ answers.

Students attending this revision course will benefit from both my classroom experience and my examiner insight.

During the course, I will focus on key topics that are guaranteed to appear on the exam, including:

• Coordinate Geometry
• Functions
• Trigonometry

The aim is to teach the essential concepts, focus on the key content, and provide practical strategies and tips to help students maximise their marks on exam day.
