Join us for an epic fitness challenge at Origin Fitness. Get ready to push your limits and test your strength and endurance in our Hyrox simulation event. This is a full race simulation with competition weights and distance. If you've never tried Hyrox before, the race is set out as follows:1km run, 1000m skierg, 1km run, 50m sled push, 1km run, 50m sled pull, 1km run, 80m broadjump burpee, 1km run, 1000m row, 1km run, 200m farmers carry, 1km run, 100m sandbag lunges, 1km run, 100 wall balls We will be running waves every 20 minutes and have open categories as follows:Singles Men, Singles Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women, Mixed Doubles A FEW SLOTS HAVE OPENED UP AT 9AM, 10:40PM, 12PM &amp; 2:40PM Preworkout, recovery drinks, snacks &amp; goody bags will be provided. Entrance fee is €35pp. We will contact you after booking to confirm your start time and category. Don't miss out on this opportunity to challenge yourself and have a blast with like-minded individuals. NOTE - There will be no Relay or Pro Categories
