Congratulations on deciding to pursue your ICF Credential!
As my previous Group ICF Mentor Coaching programmes have sold out very quickly and I'm being asked about more dates, I'm delighted now to offer 7.5 hours of group mentor coaching, delivered over 3 sessions.
See the dates & times of the three sessions below and book securely online today to guarantee your place.
Watch the overview video below to learn more about what's involved in preparing and completing your Credential application.
Completing your ICF Credential demonstrates your commitment to professionalism in coaching, and will give you a worldwide recognised accreditation, which is increasingly becoming a requirement by organisations looking for a reliable demonstration of competence.
Having completed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in 2016 and Professional Certified Coach in 2019, I can offer you the expertise and support you need with your professional development to complete your accreditation project, as well as the opportunity to share experience with a group of up to six like-minded coaching professionals.
This programme will not just help you "tick the boxes" for ICF credentialling, but will help you to grow in competence and confidence as a professional coach.
I recommend to all coaches pursuing the ICF Credential that you treat this like a project over three to four months minimum.
The benefits of this programme:
This programme will provide you with the following:
- Live co-coaching with other coaches, plus real time feedback in relation to ICF competencies - with all participants focused towards PCC level capability.
- Guidance on Application and the Coach Knowledge Assessment exam where applicable.
Dates:
The Group Live Online Programme dates are as follows at 17:00 - 19:30 Irish time:
- Wednesdays, 3rd May, 17th May & 31st May 2023
(subject to slight changes if required, by agreement with participants)
To be eligible to join this programme, you will need to
- Already have completed 60+ hours of coach-specific training for ACC or 125+ hours of coach-specific training for PCC (if in doubt, check with your course provider or ICF on coachingfederation.org).
- Have completed logged hours of either 100+ for ACC or 500+ for PCC coaching experience by the time you submit your ICF application.
Participating in the programme
By booking your slot, each coach confirms that they have completed a minimum of 60+ hours of coach training, and will attend all three sessions live in order to complete their required seven hours (out of ten required by ICF).
Testimonials:
"I feel that the mentoring sessions have really improved my coaching as its pulled me back to the ICF core competencies – this has sharpened my approach and I have re-contracted with coachees to ensure that the approach is clear. I didn’t feel judged – I felt fully supported and that Liz’s objective was to increase the quality of the coaching I provide. Liz was extremely knowledgeable, wise in her feedback, very clear in her mentoring approach/ process and yet friendly and fun too." Olivia - ACC
“Liz completely demystified the accreditation process which gave me the push to get started. She creates a really supportive learning environment. She is insightful and kind in her feedback. I highly recommend working with her as a mentor coach” - Isolde
As with all ICF Mentor Coaching, there is no guarantee that ICF will approve your application, as it is a completely independent assessment.
See https://coachingfederation.org/credentials-and-standards for further information on eligibility and the application process.
Please note the programme fees do not include application fees payable to ICF or any other expenses.
