In Ireland we waste 1/3 of all the food that is produced and purchased here, as a nation we need to reconnect to our food to understand its true value and ensure that we don't waste any. Globally we produce enough food to feed the entire planet, yet millions go hungry, food is not reaching the people that need it most , food waste is a major cause of this and also a huge contributor to climate change. if everyone made small changes at home , together we can all contribute to fixing our broken food system
Our classes are designed to give practical and easy recipes to follow that you can implement to your home or business. We will cover simple fermentation, pickling, vegetable and fruit butchery and how to use everything in your kitchen.
