Introductory Class Rep Training - DBS
Event Information
About this event
NStEP’s Introductory Class Rep Training is designed to introduce new reps to key concepts and practical tools to help them succeed in their role. Over 1,500 student representatives across Ireland took this training last year, and 99% said they would recommend it to other reps!
Introductory Class Rep Training covers four key areas:
- Student engagement and partnership in the context of the student rep role
- The Student Learning Experience tool, and how it can be used to gather and evaluate feedback from your class
- The class rep feedback cycle
- Strategies for communicating feedback effectively
If you have completed NStEP’S introductory training during the 2020-21 academic year and are a returning rep, you might find it useful to sign up for our NStEP's new Advanced Class Rep Training instead. To learn more and signup visit https://studentengagement.ie/book-training/
