  • Build grappling terminology in Irish
  • Share coaching language & phrases
  • Connect with other Irish-speaking practitioners


11:00 – 13:00

No-Gi Open Mat Trí Ghaeilge Open Mat Through Irish

  • Led by Richie MacDonnacha, BJJ Black belt and fluent native speaker.
  • Open to all levels (grappling & Irish)
  • Learn, drill, and train through Irish
  • Opportunity for guest insructors to teach in Irish
  • Finish with Collar & Elbow wrestling, Bring a jacket for this.
