Jaye Martin, E-RYT 500 and ECAT (Experienced Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher), is an exuberant international yoga teacher who is highly acclaimed and widely sought after for his expertise, enthusiasm, and spirituality. Loved for his heart and intelligence alike, Jaye gifts students of all levels with his bright spirit and skill in communicating the practice's subtle and technical aspects.
Schedule
- Friday 7-9 - Calming, yet deep, hip openers for sitting well.
- Saturday 10- 12 noon - Focus on foundations to support your posture in a variety of poses and flows.
- Saturday 2-4pm - Focus on Standing Poses and Balance
- Sunday 10- 12 noon - Focus on Heart Opening Poses
- Sunday 2-4pm - Deeper Hip Openers and Seated Poses
Each Class will include a blissful Savasana accompanied by Jaye playing nurturing sounds on his clarinet.
