In this workshop Michael will present his very own model ("In The Zone") for performance and professional development. Participants will gain personal insights on development of habits for success; the importance of clear communication, and creating a 1% strategy for sustainable goal achievement.

The interactive workshop will run for 60 - 90 minutes and is broken into 3 parts:

Part I - Self
• Improving your professional performance
• Setting yourself for professional success
• Understanding what you can control

Part II - Others
• Developing foundations for high performing teams
• The importance to communicating effectively with others

Part III - Work
• Converting long terms goals into daily actions and habits.
• Increasing yours professional productivity
• How 1% can accelerate your professional performance

At the end of the workshop, one of the participants will have the chance to get a personal One-to-One with Michael Mulligan (free of charge)

Michael's exposure to working in a high pressurised environment informs his approach and he aims to assist professionals and organisations negotiate these challenges of an ever changing work environment. Michael is particularly interested in supporting professionals perform under pressure; progress in their career; take practical steps to ensuring their well-being and work life balance.

About Michael

Michael Mulligan of “In The Zone” - a professional development and performance company - presents an intuitive model that will enable you achieve and sustain high performance in your career. Michael was progressive within the financial services industry reaching a managerial role before deciding to leave the position and set out to achieve a long held goal of travelling around the world. Michael returned to enroll in an MA in Coaching Psychology (UCC) and completed research on how to develop high performing sports teams; the results of which he uses in his material. On completion of the MA Michael started his own business and firmly believes in the importance of professional development as one-third of our adult lives are spent in work. Michael understands the pressures and demands on professionals in today's fast paced work environment and aims to provide practical steps to alleviate these challenges. Michael assists and supports performance improvement of professionals at all levels, and organisations of all sizes in Ireland.
