This is a low level trail walk and suitable for most people with the ability to walk for distance over 3 days. This is not a fast walk and you will have several guides out with you, plus support cars for anyone who has a difficulty finishing the route.

Everyone needs to have correct walking shoes or boots with support and grip. Rain gear of course but hopefully a sun hat and sun screen also. Everyone should carry their own day pack with water and snacks (and a packed lunch on day 1 and day 3) and anything they might need for the day. If you have walking poles, be sure to bring them. Also be sure to bring some cash. Credit cards are not accepatable in some of the very small businesses on the route.

This walk is not about speed and endurance but more about enjoying great scenery, meeting people and having a sociable and enjoyable weekend.

Full refunds are available up to 28th April 2024
