About Orlaith Carmody:

A powerful speaker full of wisdom, energy and positivity, Orlaith leaves business audiences believing they can achieve absolutely anything. She offers key-notes of immense warmth and charm, with great insights and take-aways on communication, executive presence and leadership. As an MC and facilitator, she brings a winning combination of the broadcaster’s command of the microphone, and the entrepreneur’s deep understanding of business.

Following an early career as a broadcast journalist with Irish national broadcaster RTÉ, Orlaith became a director of a number of SMEs in media, recruitment, production and education. She served on the board of RTÉ from 2010 to 2015, the board of HRM Recruit from 2011 to 2016 and on the Compliance Committee of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland from 2019 to 2023.

A highly skilled executive coach, corporate trainer and leadership consultant, Orlaith has worked with some of Ireland’s most influential business people, networks and political groups, and has presented at conferences in the USA, UAE, Canada and all over Europe.

She is an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, EMCC; she holds an MA from Dublin City University, she is a Fellow of the Learning and Development Institute of Ireland (FL&DI) and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Neil Curran specialises in the areas of Communications & Speaking and brings a unique approach to training and coaching that blends traditional learning methods with modern improvisation techniques.

Neil has 20 years of management and corporate experience in an international context. He has led global teams for 18 years having held a senior leadership position in the Irish subsidiary of a multinational tech organisation. Neil is an associate faculty for the Irish Management Institute and a team member of The Core Story Ltd, providing story and strategy consulting and training to clients across the globe.

Neil is a Professional Improviser and stage performer, who brings a unique energy and practical approach to his work. Neil has performed his signature improv show, Neil+1, to audiences around the world. He is also the Founder and Director of Improv Fest Ireland and a Retreat Director of Improv Utopia International.
