About this event

  • 3 days 7 hours

Kinvara Plein Air 2024 will be held over the June bank holiday weekend (31st May - 3rd June) in the picturesque village of Kinvara and surrounding areas of the Burren and South County Galway.

The weekend includes twelve workshops in different locations with a range of experienced plein air tutors. Workshops are suitable for artists working in oil, acrylic, pastels or watercolour. There will be an exhibition space where participants can show work completed over the weekend. Participants can also engage in informal paint-outs and enjoy social activities over the weekend as well as all the attractions of Kinvara village.

Kinvara Plein Air (KPA23) is a not-for-profit community event organised by a small team of volunteers - all members of Kinvara Area Visual Arts (KAVA).
