Kundalini embodies the concept of life force energy something within each of us from birth. Yet as life’s journey, we often stifle and obscure this innate vitality. A kundalini activation is an energetic awakening that removes the blockages stopping your life and force energy from flowing freely.

What to expect in the session?

During the session you will receive an activation of your kundalini energy. The session is 90 minutes long including a short grounding practice at the beginning and end of the session. You will be laying down on the floor on a matt during the activation.

What to Bring?

Come in comfortable clothes, tracksuits, a hoodie or yoga wear is best. Bring water.

How to get there?

The venue is a beautiful yoga studio in Sandyford named Yoga Lab. It is easily accessible by car from the M50 and  5-minute walk from the Sandyford Luas stop.

How to prepare for the session?

Before the session make sure you hydrate properly, drink lots of water, and try not to have alcohol or recreational drugs  48 hours before the session. Eat something light not later than  2 hours before the session and also skip coffee for the day of the session, if possible.

What can it feel after the sesssion?

After the session, you might experience emotional releases, changes in your energy levels, new clear boundaries and improvement in your self-esteem, happiness and ability to receive pleasure.

• If you are under heavy medication 
• If you suffer from mental illness, bipolar disorder or epilepsy. 
• If you are pregnant 
• If you suffer from heart problems.
