Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology for awakening our internal energy - the life force and creative potential present in everyone from birth. This practice gently activates that energy, strengthens the nervous system and encourages conscious living.

Which class should I join?

Accepted Answer

Each of the 2 sessions focuses on a different chakra. You’re welcome to join all of them for a deeper journey through the energy centres from the bottom upward.
If you prefer to attend just one, we recommend choosing the class connected to the area where you currently feel most disconnected.

Question 3

What do I bring?

A yoga mat is required for practice! Also we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Yes, you don’t need any skill to join. Kundalini Yoga is not about perfect postures or flexibility, but about the energy that lives within each of us.

Should I reserve my spot for each session separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please book each session individually that you would like to attend. Spaces are limited, and reserving your spot helps us prepare the space with care for everyone joining.
