LAOCH

Returning once more to the stunning setting of St Augustine’s Church, LAOCH is a tribute to our heroes of music, song and dance.

Artists we hold in high esteem and affection, many of whom have long since passed. We will gather to celebrate them on the 50th anniversary of Feile na Bóinne, first held in Drogheda in 1976.

This very special evening will see four exceptional young singers return to Drogheda, where during a long night of song in 2013 they first sang as the quartet we now know as Landless.

Joining them are an extraordinary line-up of artistic pairings, including: Dónal Lunny & Macdara Ó Faoláin, Caoimhe Ní Mhaolagáin & Seamas Hyland, and Mick O’Brien & Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh, with surprise guests on the night.
