Overview

6 Week Parent lead Programme aimed at children with additional needs who would like to learn how to cycle

Parent-Led Learn to Cycle Programme 🚲 Give your child the confidence to get on a bike with our Parent-Led Learn to Cycle Programme, designed for children with additional needs who would like to learn how to cycle in a supportive environment. Taking place over six weeks at Coláiste Eoin, Finglas, the programme pairs parents and guardians with a qualified cycling coach who will guide them through the skills and techniques needed to teach their child to cycle. The aim is to build confidence for both children and parents, so families can continue practising together at home. No previous cycling experience is needed. Children must be able to walk independently, and a parent or guardian must attend and actively participate in every session. Bikes will be provided, so there is no need to bring your own!
