LTC Technique Improvement

LTC Monday night swim session, where with the help of on-deck coaches we will use drills to improve your stroke and technique for freestyle improvement.

Suitable for all abilities, but you should be able to swim 50M lengths of the pool.

To get the most from the drills - Swim fins required.

Lanes are hired by LTC - no need to pay ULArena on entry.
